1. تُفتح مدرستي من التطبيق، ويكون الدخول بحسابك المعتاد.
2. بضغطة على «تحضير الأسبوع» يقرأ التطبيق جدولك من مدرستي ويقترح لكل حصة درسها. ولقراءة الجدول وقوائم الدروس قد يفتح مدرستك والجدول الأسبوعي وصفحة إعداد درس، دون حفظ أي شيء.
3. تظهر قائمة «هذا ما سنحفظه في مدرستي»، ويمكنك تغيير أي حصة بلمسة.
4. لا يُحفظ شيء قبل الضغط على زر الحفظ، مثل «احفظ/احفظي ٨ حصص في مدرستي». بعدها تُحضَّر الحصص واحدة تلو الأخرى كالتحضير اليدوي، ثم يتأكد التطبيق من جدول مدرستي.

يمكنك متابعة الصفحة أثناء العمل من «شاهد/شاهدي ما يحدث»، أو الإيقاف في أي وقت من «إيقاف». وإذا خرجت من التطبيق أو من شاشة مدرستي يتوقف العمل، ويكمل عند عودتك.

يعني أن التطبيق لم يستطع إكمال هذه الحصة وحده، فتركها لك وانتقل إلى التي بعدها. من الأسباب الشائعة: لم يجد الدرس في قائمة مدرستي، أو لا يوجد في البنك واجب أو نشاط أو إثراء لهذا الدرس، ومدرستي لا تحفظ التحضير بدونه.

• «أكملها/أكمليها بنفسي» يفتح جدول مدرستي على ذلك الأسبوع (أو صفحة الحصة إن كانت ما تزال مفتوحة)، ومعه مساعد لنسخ النصوص وإدراجها.
• إن طلب التطبيق إضافة واجب، يمكنك إضافته في الصفحة ثم الضغط على «تابع/تابعي».
• إن تكرر الأمر، زر «أبلغنا/أبلغينا» يجهّز لنا وصف الصفحة بعد موافقتك.

• الدخول من زر «الدخول بحساب مايكروسوفت» في صفحة مدرستي، بحسابك المعتاد نفسه (البريد، أو رقم الجوال المسجّل في نور).
• للمدارس خارج المملكة: «مدرستي للمدارس بالخارج» من قائمة «منصات أخرى» في الرئيسية.
• إن لم تظهر الصفحة، يُرجى التأكد من الاتصال بالإنترنت ثم الضغط على زر التحديث أعلى الشاشة.
• إن طلبت صفحة الدخول التحقق (مثل «لست روبوتاً»)، يكفي إكماله في الصفحة كالمعتاد. وإن ظهر التحقق أثناء «تحضير الأسبوع»، يتوقف التطبيق ويترك لك هذه الخطوة، ثم يُكمل بعد الضغط على «تابع/تابعي».
• نسيت كلمة المرور؟ تُستعاد من صفحة الدخول الرسمية، فنحن لا نصل إلى حسابك.

لا. كلمة المرور تُكتب في صفحة الدخول الرسمية نفسها، والتطبيق لا يقرؤها ولا يحفظها. وفي صفحات الدخول التي تُكتب فيها كلمة المرور (مايكروسوفت، والنفاذ الوطني، والدخول الموحّد للوزارة) يتحقق مساعد التحضير من عنوان الصفحة فقط ثم يتوقف، فلا يقرأ منها شيئاً ولا يكتب فيها. ويبقى دخولك محفوظاً في متصفح التطبيق كأي متصفح، حتى لا يلزمك الدخول كل مرة.

من شاشة مدرستي: «أدوات» › «أبلغنا/أبلغينا عن مشكلة»، أو زر «أبلغنا/أبلغينا» بجانب الحصة. يطلب التطبيق موافقتك أولاً، ثم يجهّز وصفاً لشكل الصفحة: أسماء الخانات والأزرار والعناوين والكلمات القريبة منها (قد يظهر فيها اسم فصل أو مدرسة أو اسمك كما في الصفحة)، دون ما كتبته ودون كلمة المرور. ثم تظهر قائمة المشاركة في جوالك؛ يكفي اختيار البريد وكتابة عنواننا support@mnsate.com. ويمكنك أيضاً مراسلتنا مباشرة. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية (البند 8).

• شاهد واحد: من صفحته، بزر الحذف. تُحذف نسخة التطبيق، ويبقى الأصل في ألبومك.
• جدولك وفصولك وإعداداتك: الإعدادات › بيانات هذا الجهاز › «احذف/احذفي كل البيانات من هذا الجهاز». يحذف بياناتك وفصولك وجدولك وخططك وقائمة شواهدك؛ أما نسخ الصور والملفات ودخولك في متصفح التطبيق فتبقى حتى حذف التطبيق.
• كل شيء نهائياً، بما فيه الصور والملفات وجلسة الدخول: حذف التطبيق من الجوال.

لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات عنك، عدا رسائل البريد التي تصلنا منك (نحذفها متى طلبت، أو بعد 12 شهراً من آخر رد) وسجلات استضافة قصيرة المدة. التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.

iPhone وiPad، من App Store. يحتاج التطبيق اتصالاً بالإنترنت لفتح المنصات وتحضير الأسبوع. ويعمل التحضير داخل التطبيق على الجهاز، لا من هذا الموقع.

1. Open Madrasati from the app and sign in with your usual account.
2. Tap «تحضير الأسبوع». The app reads your timetable from Madrasati and suggests a lesson for each period. To read the timetable and lesson lists it may open your school, the weekly table and a prep page, without saving anything.
3. You see the list «هذا ما سنحفظه في مدرستي» (what we will save in Madrasati). Tap any period to change it.
4. Nothing is saved until you tap the save button, such as «احفظ/احفظي ٨ حصص في مدرستي». The periods are then prepared one at a time, as you would by hand, and the app checks Madrasati's timetable to confirm.

Tap «شاهد/شاهدي ما يحدث» to watch the page while it works, or «إيقاف» to stop at any time. If you leave the app or the Madrasati screen, the work pauses and continues when you come back.

The app couldn't finish that period by itself, so it left it for you and moved on. Common reasons: the lesson wasn't in Madrasati's list, or the bank has no homework, activity or enrichment for that lesson, and Madrasati won't save a prep without one.

• «أكملها/أكمليها بنفسي» (finish it myself) opens Madrasati's table for that week (or the period's prep page if it is still open), with a helper to copy and insert texts.
• If the app asks you to add homework, add it on the page, then tap «تابع/تابعي» (continue).
• If it keeps happening, «أبلغنا/أبلغينا» (report) prepares a description of the page for us, with your consent.

• On the Madrasati page, use «الدخول بحساب مايكروسوفت» (sign in with Microsoft) and your usual account (your email, or the mobile number registered in Noor).
• Schools outside Saudi Arabia: open «مدرستي للمدارس بالخارج» from «منصات أخرى» (other platforms) on Home.
• If the page doesn't load, check your internet connection, then tap the refresh button at the top.
• If a sign-in page asks you to prove you're not a robot, just complete it on the page as usual. If such a check appears during «تحضير الأسبوع», the app pauses and leaves that step to you, then carries on after you tap «تابع/تابعي».
• Forgot your password? Reset it on the official sign-in page; we have no access to your account.

No. You type it on the official sign-in page itself, and the app never reads or stores it. On the sign-in pages where you type your password (Microsoft, Nafath, the Ministry's single sign-on), the prep helper only checks the page's address and stops; it reads and fills nothing there. Your sign-in stays saved in the app's browser, like any browser, so you don't have to sign in every time.

On the Madrasati screen, tap «أدوات» › «أبلغنا/أبلغينا عن مشكلة» (Tools › Report a problem), or «أبلغنا/أبلغينا» next to a period. The app asks for your consent first, then prepares a description of the page layout: the names of fields and buttons, and the headings and words near them (which may include a class or school name, or your name as shown on the page), without what you typed and without your password. The share sheet then appears; choose email and enter support@mnsate.com. You can also email us directly. Details in the Privacy Policy (section 8).

• One evidence item: delete it from its page. The app's copy is removed; the original in your album stays.
• Your timetable, classes and settings: Settings › «بيانات هذا الجهاز» › «احذف/احذفي كل البيانات من هذا الجهاز» (Delete all data from this device). This removes your details, classes, timetable, plans and evidence list; photo and file copies and your sign-in in the app's browser stay until you delete the app.
• Everything, for good, including photos, files and the sign-in: delete the app from your phone.

We keep no data about you, except emails you send us (deleted when you ask, or 12 months after our last reply) and short-lived hosting logs. Details in the Privacy Policy.

iPhone and iPad, from the App Store. The app needs an internet connection to open the platforms and prepare your week. Preparation runs inside the app on your device, not on this website.
